Materials Provided
Before the workshop, everyone attending will receive a link to take the full Color Code Personality Assessment. Once completed, the employees will get a full analysis of their Driving Core Motive (better known as their personality color) along with a personalized name tag, 40 page workbook for the upcoming training, code cards to use a reference, and an audio recording to help retain information. All of which is to be used before, during, and after the training.
Personalized Training
On a scheduled date, everyone will attend the training on the Color Code. You can decide whether to do a full day, half day, or one hour training. I will describe each Core Motive and how to best get along with that type of personality. Depending on the package, we’ll have breakout groups to practice new skills, group discussions, and team building exercises. The goal is for each employee to walk away feeling understood and ready to communicate more effectively.
90 Day Follow Ups
For each workshop, I make myself available for 90 days after for any employee to reach out to me with questions, concerns, or need of advice at no additional cost. I want this training to be effective and stick with people. I do this by also working with employees 1-on-1 should they reach out. Normally my 1-on-1 services come at a cost, but it’s important to me that my workshops are beneficial and lasting, so I include the unlimited follow ups at no additional cost.
Pricing for Professional Services
Monthly Zoom trainings
$70/mo
Once a month I provide a special Zoom training for members to answer any questions or discuss workplace issues and how to solve them. Any member of the company can join in up to 3.
Yearly Discount
10% off/yr
If your employees enjoyed and benefitted from the training, I recommend making the Color Code workshop a yearly tradition. Repetition is key, and meeting together yearly and using an already familiar framework is extremely beneficial. Each year I will take of 10% of the previous year’s cost up to 3 years.
One Day Training
Typically, the base rates are $7000 for a full day training, and $4000 for a half day. Materials are $49 per participant. If you’re a small business and can’t afford a full training, I offer a 1 hour presentation still packed with helpful, personalized knowledge for your business. These are $1000; materials optional.
